The company was founded by Mr. Ranjan K. Raina (B.E, LL.B, M.I.E, F.I.V) and Mrs. Garima Raina, an interior designer, who chose consulting as the path to helping clients build the finest shelter for living and growing. Together they bring their experience and knowledge to building the right product, in the right dimension, strata and quality.

With 500+ clients across the country in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Infrastructure development, Build-O-Tech has built a PAN India presence — and we continue working to reach every client who wants to build right and seek sound advice.

The Man Behind Build-O-Tech

Ranjan K. Raina

B.E, LL.B, M.I.E, F.I.V, M.I.C.A · Founder

The man behind Build-O-Tech is its founder and establisher, driven by a vision to make construction planning and execution simpler through the right coordination of knowledge, methods, dimensions, and structural practices.

With more than 10 years of professional experience, he is a Chartered Engineer, Structural Consultant, Project Management Consultant, and Government Registered Valuer, bringing together technical expertise and practical experience across the construction and consultancy domain.

His approach goes beyond technical solutions. He believes in building strong, transparent relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, addressing their concerns, and delivering solutions that create lasting value. This combination of professional expertise, prudent decision-making, and client trust forms the foundation of Build-O-Tech.
